"353" is not the number of tables but the menu path (3 - 5 -3) that you chose

I misread the screen. The number was infact the number of items in that TS. Doing another TS showed me the error of my ways.

And it just finished...

BR1141I 50 of 50 tables processed - 28149432 of 28149432 rows done

BR0204I Percentage done: 100.00%, estimated end time: 13:49

BR0280I BRSPACE time stamp: 2008-04-22 13.49.59

BR1432I Number of tables moved successfully: 50

It went BIZARRO. FactD was 3G and FactI was 2 G before this attempt.

Fact2D is 3G but Fact2I is now 13G!!!

Hello Vince,

>1 SAPR3 /BIC/EZQM_C50200509 TABLE PART PSAPFACTD 64 8 1 -1 0

>2 SAPR3 /BIC/EZQM_C50200508 TABLE PART PSAPFACTD 64 8 1 -1 0

Yeah wait a second. You didn't count the tables.. you count the tables and the table partitions. Now i see that this is a BW system and this is using partitioned tables. DB02n is giving you a cumulative view for that too.

> It went BIZARRO. FactD was 3G and FactI was 2 G before this attempt.

>Fact2D is 3G but Fact2I is now 13G!!!

Please provide some values (from dba views or db02) about that, maybe you have counted only one partition at the first time.

Hello Vince,

> Why does it say '50 tables' when there are 597?

Where do you see 597?

Try to verify via:

> SQL> select count(*) from dba_tables where TABLESPACE_NAME = 'PSAPFACT2D';
