Cost center

Hi guys,

I was creating a Pipeline process with materials

during that process i encountered a error in material movement

(MB1A). the error is i never created a cost center,

so it asks for a cost center..

How to create a cost center?

can anyone please tell me the process for rectifying my error

Hi,

You can configure cost center for your pipeline procurement and the steps are:

OKKP: Create Standard Hierarchy for Cost Centers,

KA01: Create Cost Element,

KS01: Create Cost Center,

Also check Field Status Variant and Posting Period Variant in OBY6 before rising PO and posting GR & GI.

Hi

Go to T.code KS01

Create a cost center external assignement so you casn give any name. Such as Pipeline.

Give the valid from

Give the mandatory details & save the cost center.
