Hello Nicholas,
The screen you are on shows all available ODBC sources on your computer. The computer that was used in the tutorial just had additional ODBC sources available, hence that list is longer. If you would like to connect to SAP HANA, you have to create a new ODBC source in Windows' "ODBC Data Sources(64 bit)" first. Then this connection will show on the screen you have on page 11.

Data Manager creates SQL statements, hence it is only supported to work with SQL-databases by the way. MS Excel or MS Access are not supported.
