Validity range for Service PO pricing

Hi Gurus,

It is require to crate a service order with respect to service requisition. In Services tab, we need to enter different prices for condition type PRSX based on different validity period. How can we do that.

Hi,

PO is time independant document and hence direct validity period maintenance is not allowed in PO. In such cases, I would sugegst to create a contract, where you can maintain the service price based on validity period. System will bring the same when you create a release order against the contract.

Hi,

It is true that if we use contract, we can differentiate price validity. But since budget doesn't flow in contract, we must use the Service PO as contract. Validity of Service PO can be configured properly. If pricing validity could also be introduced then our requirement will be 100% achieved.
