Idoc lost..

HI experts,

An Idoc is coming out of R/3 succesfuly as per green status but not reaching XI even the partner profile, rfc destination all are correct..

is there anywhere the IDoc get lost in between..

the same when pushed frm we19 comes to XI..

please suggest..

Hi Pankaj,

Check the SMQ2(Inbound Queue). and check the adapter status in RWB.

Hello Pankaj,

1) Is RFC destination is maintained in SM59 at Xi pointing to right R/3.

2) Has port is created properly in IDX1 and IDOC metadata is uploaded correctly in IDX2 tcode in XI.

3) Check the partner profile in R/3 system

4) Check the We02 transaction for inbound IDOC status.

Check in SAP R/3 side SM58

Check in XI Side SMQ2 & IDX5

ve checked sm58 in R/3..nothing is there..there is no problem in partner profile also as other scenarios are running with the same..

this runs in job via a program kind of thing.

1. Check in the partner profile if u r using Collect Idocs or Transfer Idocs Immediately.

2. What does smq1 and smq2 show in XI
