Production Variance to Directly flow to COPA

Hi,

Can someone please tell me the configuration steps that i have to follow in order to pass the Production variance calculated for a made to order scenarion directly to COPA.

I have done the configurations the variance gets calculated and settled but does not directly flow to COPA. A quick response is much appreciated.

Hiya,

Forgot to add: ensure the tick "Variances to Costing Based PA" is ticked in the Settlement Profile detail screen.

Hiya,

1. Assign your variance categories to Value Fields (if a standard structure does not already exist, create your own).

2. Assign this PA transfer Structure to the Settlement Profile of the Order. You should see a field called "PA transfer Structure" when you double-click the Settlmt Profile.

3. Ensure that the settlement rule in the Production Order has been created and the Segment is defined as per your requirement.

4. Order Settlement happens with a Record Type "C". Hence you will need to maintain number ranges for this.

I guess thats it. You are good to go now.
