Deleting Stock/Inventory Items

Hi All,

I would like to find out if it is possible to delete more than 1stock item at once? Or how to delete obsolete stock items in bulk?

Hi Lebo,

Items can only be deleted one at a time in Business One. It is not possible to delete items in Bulk. Also, Items can only be deleted if they do not have transactions of any type (e.g. Sales Orders, Invoices etc.).

If you need to mark items as obsolete, the ''On Hold' option in Item Master Data - General tab can be used. Once the items are marked as on hold they canot be used in any marketing document.
