Transfer order item based on handling unit in Inbound delivery

Dears,

There is an inbound delivery with one item packed in two HUs. If I create TO via LT0f, SAP generates one item.

But if I go through MIGO, tick via handling units. SAP generates TR items based on HU.

Can anybody advice me what to do so that SAP generates two items in LT0F just like in MIGO?

We are currently Not using HUM on stor. loc. and SUM on WM
