Trouble with icons on Transporting Flavor from Dev to Test system

Hello Persona Community,

Anyone could help me on the below Flavor transport issue?

I have created a transport request and selected all the objects of the flavor by following all steps mentioned the training and also maintained /PERSONAS/C_IMPC table before transporting.

As per health check system has no error and we are using Personas 3 SPK 5.

However when flavor is imported in QAS, it brings everything except ICONs on WEB gui,

for example following is the comparison screen shot on a chrome browser and GUI

In the transport request I can see that all images, icons, resources, template is included.

I have tried transport all the icons separately from Dev to QAS in a different transport request. Transport is done successfully and it has imported all the content but the physical .png image file is missing in the QAS system.

I have exactly followed all the steps as explained at SCN.

On individual flavor check it gives green light in QAS and shows all the object relations without any error including Icons.

If we further debug the webpage on icon it shows an error as below:

I am not sure if there is something else I have missed out or not followed the right sequence of events.
