in which file STAD Tcode fech data and how many days it hold the data??

Hello Vikram,

the files are created in the /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGSXX/data directory.

The number and frequency of file creation is controlled by parameters:

stat/max_files and stat/as_max_files
