Can we Import Freight1,Freight2 and Freight3 Fields in marketing documents

Hi Experts,

I would like to import the fields Freight1, Freight2 and Freight3 for the tables Opch and Rpc1 using DTW. Regarding some threads on this forum, I've found that we can update the template of the file to import by adding a Extra columns with header equal to the name of the proprety of the DI API. I've tried this solution but when executing the wizard of the DTW, In step 3, the 'Map Rules' tab, my source field has no target (SAP B1) field attached and there is no possibility in the drop down list of the available fields.

I've also tried with the field name in place of the property name but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me by explaining how to import this fields ?

Thanks for your response.

Best regards

Murali

Hi,

First you need to create these fields as UDFs in the system.

So when importing, in the 'Map Rules' they will be there and you can choose them to attach to the fields in your template.

Also when creating the UDFs depending on your needs you have to decide whether they are header or row level fields and so you can fill them accordingly in your template.

Hi Natalia,

Thank you .

But Freight123 Columns are already provided by SAP B1 in row level for all marketing documents.

Please tell me whether I must create UDF Fields or I can use the same provided by SAP B1.

Hi Mohan,

I believe you cannot import those fields although they exist in the system. You can create UDFs and use them instead.

Hi Murali,

The Freight 1, 2 and 3 are on row level of the marketing documents. These fields do not exist in the OPCH or the rpc1 tables. If you need to get this information into these tables, as Natalia has suggested UDF's are required.
