hi
You define a pricing procedure to control a condition supplement for a material price. The condition supplement specifies discounts that you want the system to apply every time the system accesses a material price condition record.
When you define the condition type for a material price, you enter the pricing procedure that you defined for the condition supplement.
The system uses the pricing procedure that you enter in the condition type to control the use of condition supplements in records of this condition type. You can apply the discounts that are defined in the pricing procedure as condition supplements during pricing.
the conditions mainatined in Quotations, contracts, Purchase inforecords are condition supplements.
Thanks & Regards

Hello,
To simplify maintenance of discounts and surcharges, delivery costs, and so on that have the same validity period as the gross price, you can use the Propose condition supplements function. If you use this function, you obtain a list of the condition types that have been assigned in Customizing to condition type PB00 (in Standard R/3, the supplemental pricing procedure is RM0002). You then simply enter the condition amounts or percentages for the relevant condition types. After this, you choose the Restore function, so that all the lines with a condition amount = 0 or with no specified amount are deleted.
I hope this information helps!,
Best Regards,
Arminda Jack

A Pricing procedure defines how values that are posted in the R/3 system are calculated. Pricing procedures are used in Profit Center Accounting to calculate transfer prices. Maintain Pricing Stipulation agreed with the Vendor.
