interactive form can not be edited

Hi ,All ,

I designed my interactive form in my DEV system ,it runs successfully ,but when i transported it to PRD system , the form show the following message ,and the form can be read only ,can not be edited .

Error message :This document contained certain rights to enable special features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and these rights are no longer valid. Please contact the author for the original version of this document .

did anybody come across same problem ?thanks in advance .

Hi,

If you want to use interactive forms on Production server, then you have to install Credential file on ADS. Note 736902 will be helpful to you in installing credential on server.

Hi ,

I have configured the ADS correctly ,because I tested it by PG : fp_test_00 ,it is successfully .now I can use the form by read only mode except editing .

Do you have development rights on PRD system. this could be a problem.

If the credentials are not installed on ADS, your form works properly in DEV and Testing environment, but it will appear as print form in PRD environment.

Hi ,Amit ,

I have installed the ADS credenital file . now I find a strange thing that I downloaded the adobe form yesterday ,it is read only. but I open it again today ,the form is fillable .

Hi,

ADS makes a check before rendering the form that where it is being used, if it is a DEV system then the form is displayed as an Interactive form, but if you try to use same interactvie forms without the UsageRights credential on PRD server, it will not give you error but makes the form Print only.
