patch upload(BASIS)

Hi experts,

I have to upload HR support patches 24.I have checked through transaction code SPAM that only first 10 HR support patches are there.

My question is do I have to upload patches 11-23 first or I can directly upload patch number 24?

I am a beginner in SAP BASIS so not sure is this the right forum where I am posting my query or not.I searched but I donot find appropriate forum other than this.If other forum is there please let me know.
