Interface to transfer Accounting Data

Hi,

We have healthcare-System, where we do everything except the accounting part. The accounting is supposed to be done by SAP IS-H. Is there any way to feed SAP IS-H with accounting information (such as diagnosis, german disease codes,...).

I tried to look for BAPIs under ifr.sap.com. The site is off for a while already. Any how to browse the bapis for requirements like I have???
