SAP Hardcopy Printing

Hi there,

I am trying to print a screen shot of SAP i.e via clicking on the "customize local layout button" i.e the coloured button on the right handside of the screen, on there there is a menu which has "Hardcopy" shown, if you click on that it normally prints a hardcopy of the screen you are in.

I just get a pop up box mentioning saving to a file with a pdf extension.

can anyone help?

you can havbe the scrferen shot just by simply using the print screen button on key board & use control+V option yopu can have it on word document & it canbe printed.
