Latest Oracle patch for DBA 10G.

Hi,

I'm looking for the latest Oracle patch for release 10G.

Is the latest Oracle patch 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.4 ?

when I click 10.2.0.4 is an empty folder that doesn't contain any patch.
