ESS Form 16....

Hi All,

We are on ECC 6.0, EP 7.0, Webdynpro 600.

We are trying to use From 16 for India grouping via tcode : hressin_f16.

As per as documentation available in help.sap.com, we have done everything.

We have configured form 16 for an employee and it is displaying the data via PC00_M40_F16.

Now when we use hressin_f16 for the same employee, the pdf doesn't show the form 16.

By searching some info on service market place, we got a SAP Note for the same :

Note 1124914 - ESS transaction HRESSIN_F16 to display Form 16

we already applied the above note, but still the form 16 is not being displayed.

Please shade some light regarding the same. Appreciate your inputs. Looking forward to your individual responses.

What happens when you select the PDF format and click OK?

Does it show a blank page?

Does it prompt for printer selection?

What happen if you try to print it in other formats?

Hi Anil,

Can u please explain the solution for the issue you had?

It was resolved by raising OSS Note with SAP. There were no entries in view V_T5F99OCFT to call the pdf form. Hence resolved the issue. Follow below steps :

(1) Execute transaction SM30

(2) Enter 'Table/View' as V_T5F99OCFT

(3) Select 'Maintain' option

(4) Select 'New Entries' option from the Application Toolbar

(5) Enter following entries:

Logical Form Name = HR_INTAXF16_2006

Form Variant = (Leave this field blank)

End Date = 31.12.9999

Start Date = 01.01.1990

Form Type = SSC

Def. Type = (This field should be checked)

PDF Form Name = HR_INTAXF16_2006

SAP Script Form Name = HR_INTAXF16_2006

Smart Form Name = (Leave this field blank)

(6) Save the entries

Dear Anil Kumar,

Thanks alot buddy, i was also struggling with this issue since two weeks. Realy i can call you a good samaritan...

Infact i would love to add some more points to this other than this table we shall ensure entries in two more tables, V_T5F99OSFT and V_T5F99OMFG.
