HCP SPS 12 upgrade from SPS11 - Pre-requsites

Hi Team,

We are working on HANA Cloud SPS11 version, since 11 is out of maintenance now client wants to go for HANA SPS 12, till revision 14. The system is up and running in Production environment and expectation of upgrade to 12 is at minimal downtime and with no issues.

I have gone through some of the notes bust still i am not getting complete info. Help me or suggest docs for 1) Pre-requisites to upgrade to SPS 11 to SPS 12 revision 14?

2) Perfect Backup and Recovery steps ( This is HCP, not on premise), and privileges?

3) Post migration activities?
