Not able to open test script and test results from worklist

Hi Gurus

Some of our team members are not able to open the test script and test results from

stwb_work. Its showing the document can not be edited or displayed.

Although i am able to open the same documents from my system ,

i am not able to open the same documents if i login with my id into those systems which are having this problem..

From this , i dont think this is an role issue...

If anyone has any idea regarding this pls help...
