Not able to open test script and test results from worklist

Hi Gurus

Some of our team members are not able to open the test script and test results from

stwb_work. Its showing the document can not be edited or displayed.

Although i am able to open the same documents from my system ,

i am not able to open the same documents if i login with my id into those systems which are having this problem..

From this , i dont think this is an role issue...

If anyone has any idea regarding this pls help...

Hi,

Pls check the GUI version of the users having such kind of problem with documents.

Apply the latest patch for the GUI. It should solve ur problem.

We found out that GUI version 710 is having this problem,

where as 640 is working fine.

Hi,

Ya. There wont be issues with 6.40.

But with 710 too, if you apply patch 3 or 5(i dont remember exact patch number), the problem will be solved.

So you need not have to revert back to 6.40.
