Reporting:Channel information in Email data source

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a report on all the emails coming to C4C system from various configured Inbound channels for B2B Scenario. (New mail+ Mail having tracking text+ Unassociated emails)

There is no data source available for email which contains channel information. Also, 'All ticket with all interaction' data source only contains channel information for emails which links or create a ticket (excludes Unassociated emails ).

Please suggest a solution.

  • We would also like the capability to report all e-mail activity within the Unassociated queue. We have no visibility into reason for the delay, just continue to process what is in there. If I could have access to a datasource for it, I could trend the reason for rejections and hopefully reduce the amount of e-mails that go into it.
