overtime calculation thru infotype 2005

what are the config steps for overtime?

Dear Amit,

SAP does not recommend to use IT2005 any more because they don't develop it any more. Now IT2002 supports all functionality were supported by T2005.

If this is a new implementation you should use IT2002. As a reference please have a look at page 18 of SAP HR310 course.

2005 time evalution

2010 best one for negative time mgt

Create WT

assign the grouping

assign to 2010 infotype group

V_512W_D make processing class

V_512W_B make valuation bases like OT is 200%..with 01 as valuation base

T512T make hours as time unit and input combination as - and +

go to 2010 Infotype enter OT hours like 1 (one hr)

enter and save

System will calcualte 1 hr *200% WT = OT wagetype
