KE0C133 error when placing orders with VA01 transaction

Hi there,

I`ve created a new client and I`ve maintained the partner function and all the needed data but when I place an order with VA01, I receive the error KE0C133.

Could you help me with this issue?

Did you read the long text of the message KE0C133? It has some useful information which might help you narrowing down the issue.

When I searched the site with the error message ID and number I found many results, there are also 34 SAP notes mentioning the exact error. Was none of these useful at all?

Also, this is a CO-PA message. Did you discuss the problem with your FICO colleagues?
