Shipment Creation using Idoc

hi all

Plz let me know the steps to create shipment document using Idoc

is Idoc type SHPMNT03 relevant for shipment document creation.

multiple deliveries will be inside one shipment document that will be created in sap

Better u make use of "SHIPMENT_CREATEFROMDATA" message type and "SHIPMENT_CREATEFROMDATA01" IDOC type to create all types of shipments notices.......

We are using SHPMNT05 IDOC to create shipments in SAP with multiple deliveries and packing information without problems.

Hi Michael,

Are you updating delivery level packing information from the same IDOC , also are you updating the Serial Numbers in Delivery Document ?
