Not able to make changes in the query BEx-analyzer

Hi,

1. If the client is open, I am able to make changes to queries in the Bex-Analyzer. Because this is Production, The client is always closed. This is not the permanent solution

2. RSA1 --> transport connection --> Object Changeability --> Everything made Changeable --> Still I am not able to modify queries?

We have a requirement to make changes to queries directly on the production rather than transporting evrytime.

We are at BI70 SP15.
