BP changes not updating from ECC to CRM

Hi , We are replicating the changes of customer from ECC to CRM through middleware . For some customers changes/change history is not updating in CRM system . Apart from that BDOC also not creating in CRM . Could you please help me how to solve this issue.

Hello Ram,

1. Please make sure the function module PI_BP_CUSTOMER_BTE_1321 is registered for object BC-MID/event 1321 in ECC table TBE31.

2. Please check whether the queues are getting stuck in ECC outbound queue or CRM inbound queue. Then check whether there is dump in ECC or CRM side.

3. I created an SCN blog about how to debug the delta load from ECC to CRM. Please refer to this blog for the data flow.
