Hi All,

I'm using 3 level of Distribution Rule in Cost center and below are they,

1. Employee

2. Department

3. Region

These threes are interlinked with each other. So when i'm choosing a employee the Department and region has to fill automatically.Each employee linked with one Department & one Region. How to achieve this??

Hi,

If you want to default the three based on the Account Code selected, then you can check in the Chart of Account, highlight the account code and then define the default applicable to each GL Account.

Else, you can check for FMS if it helps.
