Hi Team,

I am not able to send BO 4.2 Publication by email in mHMTL format. Publication is getting delivered successfully in other format.. The outlook version we are using is Outlook 2016.

The error it is showing :

ERROR [PublishingService:HandlerPool-55] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_3910302 - [Publication ID # 3910302]

What version exactly are you using?

Does the webi document have an image in it using a cell formatting as Image URL and defined as boimg://?

There is a known issue with webi documents containing images.

Also, do you have the entire error message?
