Save and reuse variants in 7.0

All,

Until 3.5 there was an option "Save and reuse the variable selections via variants in the Analyzer.

In 7.0 that one is not available anymore.

Could it be possible that the client has to activate the Report designer to obtain that option again?

Or is there a workaround for it?

In the variable selection screen dont you see " Save as Variant " ? Once you save it the same can be viewed in the Available Variants Drop Down.
