Custom PCR, Rule, Schema, etc

Hi All,

I have very less or no knowledge on PCR's,rules, schemas, etc. (I do have the PDF's & docs on PCR's)

Pls explain with the a custom schema or a custom PCR, i.e how u start with the requirment, the process, t-codes, rules, etc.
