Locking on layouts

Hi all;

I know, it's never been easier of this locking issue, but here is my situation.

I have two company codes with completly two different project profile but they are doing an update on the same planning version. However we have this table ZGD_LOCK_CHAS maintained with entry of those chars.

Company code

project profile

planning version

But my users are still locking each other eventhough they are planning on two different company code and different project profile.

We are in SEM 3.1B, Is there a easy way to figure out and resolve this locking.?
