ADJ charge type issue

We are facing a problem when calculating charges for freight order in SAP TM. For this scenario charges are calculated from calculation sheet's rate table that uses a Z charge type ZT_FRETE_PDV_CC in the moment of optmizer running, and then sends tendering automatically.

Before we save the planning execution, after optimizer running, transportation charges are being modified by an strange behavior coming from an standard charge type (ADJ). And this charge type was not assigned to any rate table in the calculation sheet.
