Failed to Retrteive dimension list SAP BPC 10.1 embedded

Hello Experts,

We are having an issue in the web admin, at the moment to click on dimensions we are having the error 'Failed to retrieve dimension list' in the details the message is the following: TypeError: Object doesn't support property on method 'getHierachyManager' I already erase hierarchies in all dimension and still having the issue, any recommendation??
