Fields are disabled in a custom tab in CRM_ORDER screen

Hi All

Custom fields that are added in CRMD_ORDER screen and mapped in CRMC_MAP with a Z interface , UI fields are mapped with ORDERADM_H and customer_h objects and appropriate function names are called in function name, the fields which are mapped with Customer_H are editable in the crmd_order transaction as customer_h is enhanced with the z fields . But fields which are mapped with orderadm_h are uneditable.

EEWB is not used for adding the custom tab, instead its modified by calling through cluster as per old business logic. Iam not sure why.

Appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hi,

independent of what you have done... CRMD_ORDER is no longer supported anyway. Use WEBUI instead and AET for enhancements.
