MD04 - PO is not appearing

Hi,

While I am running MD04 for a Spareparts material, the open PO's of this material are not coming. Please note that there is no delivery completed tick also in PO.

Since the open PO (Expcted Received Qty) Qty is not considering, in next MRP, system will again creating a PR and then this can be also converted to PO.

Any quick solutions please for the root cause!!
