MD04 - PO is not appearing

Hi,

While I am running MD04 for a Spareparts material, the open PO's of this material are not coming. Please note that there is no delivery completed tick also in PO.

Since the open PO (Expcted Received Qty) Qty is not considering, in next MRP, system will again creating a PR and then this can be also converted to PO.

Any quick solutions please for the root cause!!

Plz check weather the version management is active in PO header data.Then u need to check that box so that the PO will be sent to vendor and it will be shown in MD04 also.

Thanks for your mail.

I am not seeing any version managment check box in PO Header. Please note that we are in ECC 6.0.

Moreover, the PO has already been sent to the Vendor.

Can you please see?

Check OMDW tcode for your plant where

order item/schedule line check box should be checked

Thanks for your mail.

I checked in OMDW and found it's ok.

Please note that this is not happening for all materials. It's noticed for a few materials only. Hence issue may be related material master or PO...

Can you pls advice?
