Dear All,
We are having the scenario that we need to allocate budget for internal orders. Meanwhile we need to allocate the budget amount for cost element as planning based on the internal order. But both amount are not same.
For e.g.,
Internal order Budget (KO22) may have USD 40,000.
Cost element planning (KO12) based on the internal order may have USD 20,000
During the document entry, the user wants to get the Error or Warning message when the budget exceeds based on the relationship between Internal Order and Cost Element.
How do I bring the scenario?
I request you to all, please reply.
Regards,
Ranesh.
Hi
Set the tolerance limit, level at 3 (Availability control) for internal order.

hi
Create a budget profile at OKOB, the define tolerence limits for this profile using the node below:
Controlling> Internal Orders> Budgeting and Availability Control--> Define Tolerance Limits for Availability Control
And once this is done, assign it to the Internal order type in KOT2_OPA.
When you set the tolerance limits you can specify the requirements that you mentioned
assign points if useful
