Dispatching to Individual capacities

Dear Experts, We have multiple individual capacities assigned to a work center Eg C1 , C2 etc. When trying to dispatch operation to the individual capacities system is not considered the finite scheduling indicator and multiple operations got dispatched to the same capacities ( even the capacity is overloaded and nor more capacity exists ) in the capacity planning board. Please suggest how to restrict an operation getting dispatched to an overloaded capacity. Thanks.
