thank u fast reply.the field name is 0debiotr when i go to RSA1 right click maintain master data is not displaying . can u plz tell me the any inputs how to do that.
If you donot have data at info object level you can not see them in report. try to load data to this info object and then check the report. check how you are loading data to this info object (flexible or direct ) based on that proceed to load data and then check the report.
Is this report is based on Info object or based on ODS object? if it is based on info object you have to load master data than only you can get values in report. if it is based on ODS check weather all the requests in ODS are active or not? if yes check weather you have data for in the ODS for your input values at report level.
for example you are trying to execute report for 04.2008 then check do you have data for this month for this info object at ODS level.
check the data in ods with those restrctions which u have in the report. And also make sure that you have reporting icon besides all the request in the ods.
Apply the restrictions, fileters which you have at query level on the ODS data, so that you can find weather you have data or not. or try to check the report based on data available on your ODS and then apply your restrictions and filters.
