EHP Upgrade - System shut down

Hi Experts,

We are upgrading our ERP 6 EHP 7 system SP level using SUM, in "Preprocessing" stage the power supply lost and our system shut downed.

After we start from first we can move to the "Preprocessing " stage directly, but the "Shadow instance is not starting, when we start Shadow instance the Dispatcher become stop.

What will do for this situation ?Please give your assistance.

Hi Sajmal,

I would always check the workprocess logs of the respective instance... they will provide more information on the error.

Sajmal,

Your question is somewhat old now, so presumably you've gotten past this. However, for anyone finding this now, since you were still in Preprocessing and it is only the shadow instance that won't restart, probably the best recourse is to reset the update in SUM (follow the instructions in the SUM guide), and start over.

Also, I changed the tags on the question to better reflect the main topic.
