Error in CRM order.

When we create a order in Weshop and open the same order in CRM GUI.We are getting this error.IPC:internal error: java.lang.NullPointerException .But if we open the order and simply save that the error will go off. Just wanted to know what could be the cause of the error.

Kindly help me .This is urgent.

Hai,

Check if all the services are started in sicf related to that BSP or order.

Also try by activating all the services by siac_publish_all_int and check.
