SAP Launch Methodology has 4 phases, which are: Prepare, Realize, Verify and Launch.
In the case I have a Project Implementation without Integration, how many days/weeks in general takes each of the phases?
Thanks
Patricia
Hello Patricia,
The Launch methodology defines the phases of a project, from the solution definition to the go-live. The time for the execution of each phase until the go-live is entirely dependent on your business background, the current context of your business data (in some cases the migration of data from another system may take additional time), and the team who is going to work on the project.
Considering this, SAP do not provide an expected implementation time for each phase of the methodology.
