Authorization objects for BI Integrated Planning........

Hi Experts,

for BI Integrated Planning shall I need a separate user and Password? I click on the Planning button of Data Warehousing Workbench I will get into BI Integrated planning Window.

In BI Integrated Planning window if I try to start Modeling the Planning Objects a new browser is opened ask me to provide an user and password. I try to provide both my BI User and Portal user but unfortunately its not working.

Which authorization objects shall I required to work with BI Integrated Planning?

Hi Datla,

I suppose you're using EP. If not, you'd better install EP and develop the IP on EP.

If yes, authorize the following role of EP into your user, then log on EP, you will find a tab named 'Business Intelligence', in this tab there are two sub-tabs, the second one is the 'Business Planning', in there you can develop IP.

pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/platform_add_ons/com.sap.ip.bi/Roles/com.sap.ip.bi.bi_showcase

Hi

If it is connected to centralized Portal then you need to give the Network ID that you are assigned with.
