Service Delivery Readiness red in solman

Hello Gurus,

Service Delivery Rediness status is red in our solman system.

The Managed system status is in red because sdccn status is in red as shown below :

We can see that the system which is already decommisioned , the error is coming for that system.

Why am I still getting this error for a system which is decomissioned.Please help.

Hi Vrinda,

1)usually the statement is just a statement of fact: it was not possible to use SM_XXXCLNTxxx_BACK on 21 October 2016. If the error no longer occurs, it will eventually disappear from the Service Delivery Readiness.

2)I'm not quite clear which system is decomissioned. If it is the managed system, why are you looking at SDR at all? In any case: you might consider removing SM_XXXCLNTxxx_BACK from SDCCN in the managed system if the RFC is no longer needed.
