Autorisation Matrix is nothing but Roles given to end users. the business owners are going to identify the ROLES and associated transactions. OF course, that could change till you go-live due to various tests plus business requirement changes. A list of T-codes are prepared which are given to the Basis Admin, who will give authorisation to the users.
