How do we submit an incident to SAP Support?

A user in our tenant created an incident.

I see the incident in Process Incidents.

I navigate to Edit the incident. I want to submit it to SAP for assistance, however, the only actions I have are "Complete" and "Start Processing".

The documentation indicates I should see a couple of other options in the dropdown.

How do I go about submitting the incident to SAP for assistance?

    Hello there Jason,

    I hope you enjoyed the new year holidays there =)

    It seems that you are dealing with a 'new' incident raised, it has no processor yet defined (you can the in this link this exact scenario under the topic "Take Over a New Incident for Processing"). Try to select the option 'Start Processing' to ensure that this incident has you as processor, the options in the drop-down menu should change after this.
