Hi experts,

Where can i find the application "sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt*mdt".

I am unable to see "Availability Time" option in Communication channel monitoring.

please suggest me in this issue.

Hi,

Check ur service pack of XI see it should be greater that SP19 for that option to be available.

hi,

select the Tcode Sxmb_Ifr...

The home page will open..

select the administration tag...

There you will find SP-Number..

Hi,

One correction in SP19 we have this functionality.

for checking out the service pack:

Open IR->Help->Information u will get the service pack number.

Frm there One Pop up Window is

appear on that u can find 1) Session Information 2) Runtime Environment 3) Version

In Version you can find u r "Service Pack " "Realese" " Latest Change " Sync time "..

hi,

Go to Runtime Time Work Bench..select Component Monitoring..

Select Adapter Engine...

select the Communication channel Monitoring..

Select the communication channel...

Under Control Data (Automatically or Manualy) select ...

One new pop up window will open..there u will find the Availability TimeOne.

It will be appear after support pack 10 in PI7.0...
