Unable to schedule auto import job in tasklist from ChaRM

Hi Experts,

We are facing issue while scheduling background job for auto import of transport requests from tasklist into QA system... System is giving error message as below:

Unable to get the sid of the system 100 in "/tmwflow/cl_cts_check_input" due to configuration issue system <SID> is unknown

Please let me know if any of you faced similar issue if not provide me some pointers in resolving the issue. Thanks in advance.

Please note my Solution Manager system is 7,2 SPS4

Please try to check if the systems are correct in your LMDB, and if not try to re-synchronized the SLD data from LMDB once again.

Hi Devender,

The issue I had is because of STMS configuration. Please check TMS alert viewer in the managed development system.

user TMSADM was locked in my case. Hope this helps.

Hello All,

I am facing similar issue but even after resync the LMDB with SLD could not fix my issue.

FOllowing are more details about my error.

While importing Transport request in ChaRM we are getting "

Unable to get the SID of system 100 in "/TMWFLOW/CL_CTS_CHECK_INPUT" due to configuration issue System XXX is unknown".

when I checked the Change cycle and go to Redefine Landscape, I got these error in TMS checks

"Internal error calculating transport tracks
IMAGE Calculating transport tracks...
IMAGE No TMS system for technical system XXX.SystemNumber.xxxxx.SystemHome.<Hostnam> (ABAP)
IMAGE Error retrieving information of system XXX~ABAP/100 from landscape management(LMDB) Long text exists
IMAGE Transport track of source system XXX~ABAP/050 does not include a production system Long text exists
IMAGE Internal error calculating transport tracks.

Please share the resolution if anyone faced similar or any suggestion for the same.
