MRP generating more Reqs despite existing ones

Hi Experts

MRP is generating more reqs even though one or more reqs ro purchase orders exist for the same material.

No changes have been made to the Material Master.

Reqs are going through successfully to our buying system (EBP).

What could be the cause of this?

I need urgent assistance with this. Our buyers are flooded with Reqs.

Tell what you have maintained in the MRP view .

Tell us your stock level.

What is your scheduling horizon?

And what quantities do the PRs then have?

Check the settings in OMDW for your plant

here the all the indicator for firmed element should be checked

than you will not have this issue
