Appraisal template tabs mising after upgrade to EHP7

Hi All,

We have recently made a clone of our EHP5 system and upgraded to EHP7 after which Tabs in appraisal template are missing. We have tested from portal 7.4 (which has been updated from 7.2) and also tried executing application from backend but the tabs are not visible.

We are using zcopy of application HAP_MAIN_DOCUMENT and zcopy application configuration HAP_AC_MAIN_DOC.

I have checked tabs configuration in tcode HAP_TAB_CONF which exist.

Note: Even the buttons save, delete, configuration preview and synchronize in tcode HAP_TAB_CONF are not visible.

We have activated Business Function CA_HAP_CI_1 for Appraisal.

I have searched on scn but couldn't find relevant issue, we are on SAP_BASIS 740 SP17, SAP_HR 604 SP 114 and EA-HR 607 SP 65.

Please help in this regard.
