File to JDBC error

I have configured the XI Scenarios according to following blog:

/people/sap.user72/blog/2005/06/01/file-to-jdbc-adapter-using-sap-xi-30

But I am not able to execute the scenario and I am not getting any message in sxmb_moni (all configuration are done and working for other scenarios). I got following information from mdt:

Transmitting the message to endpoint http://ep7:50200/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Received HTTP response code 404 : Not Found.

any idea what have gone wrong?
